    INNER TUBE

    Inner tube is a ring-shaped elastic tube with a tire valve used to maintain the internal pressure of the tire. The valve is used to inflate and maintain a certain pressure in the inner tube. The inner tube shall have good air tightness, heat resistance, elasticity, aging resistance and small permanent deformation.

     

    Inner tube is an air bearing container for inflation and damping. It is used as an auxiliary air bearing container in the inner cavity of truck, motorcycle, bicycle and rickshaw tires. It can be divided into natural rubber inner tube and butyl rubber inner tube according to the main materials.

    Flap is installed between the inner tube and the rim, the middle part is thicker, and the two edges are thinner from inside to outside. There is a center line on the outer surface of the flap for the main line during installation. There is also a hole on the center line for the inner fetal air valve mouth to pass through.
